We loved that stylish and relaxing hotel. The staff were amicable at all times, the rooms was high standard and new-fashioned. The location was magnificent and handy for traveling around Cambridge, near Cambridge, and the park and rides. Besides, this venue was located 4 km away from The Backs. The stay was really lovely; nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was friendly, clean, had good facilities and the location was pretty good for my requirements.
The food in the restaurant was good but portions were small and the menu was a bit pricey.

Got an upgrade to a nice room and bathroom. Staff very helpful at the front desk. Good breakfast cooked to order. Quiet out-of-centre location with no traffic noise and with lots of parking space.
Internet access was expensive - even at the public computer in reception. Internet access should be free in a hotel of this category. The downside to the quiet location is the distance from the centre; however, the taxis come within minutes of being called. There are also frequent buses and the journey takes only 5 minutes.
